Continuing with the series of photos of Sole, who is undoubtedly the one enjoying the mountains the most.

The days here have a special intensity: I work in the morning and a bit in the afternoon, and what happens in the remaining time has the power to disrupt my perception. It feels like I left Turin months ago and now have the space to focus on myself, something I rarely do in daily life, as I imagine is the case for many of us.

The importance of our inner world. When I come here, I become my priority again: I embark on shamanic journeys in search of my feminine side, meditate, and work on myself to find my Shadow and let it speak.

Some might think: “Why should we care? It's better to invest time and energy in expanding our business, having fun, or worrying about the practical problems that constantly plague us.”

But how can we succeed if we don't take an interest in ourselves? How can we express ourselves if we don't feel connected to who we are, or worse, if we don’t feel anything at all? 😅

And then... when I work on myself, I realize I enjoy life more and appreciate everything more. I highly recommend it.

🌈 Creative takeaway: the right path is not the one we expect

I did a dynamic meditation, trying to feel sorry for myself, curling up on the ground until my arms cramped, and immediately afterward, I felt at peace in a way I hadn't in a long time. I am following a seven-day fast, a decisive action that requires discipline, and I find myself calmer and more reflective, gentler in my movements, and more attentive to myself. I am enchanted by the morning light and the birdsong.

Who would have thought that one of the keys to disarming myself and reaching my feminine side would be through my masculine side?

Try new, unusual, even seemingly inconsistent paths: they might be the right ones!
