Creative Bulletin n.233

I haven't worked much these past weeks. I've left several projects on hold, reduced the number of calls, and done only the bare minimum to give myself time to focus on me.

It's been hard to stop. I always feel there's too little time, and I try to use it to work more, write more, create more. But it doesn't make much sense: it's a losing game.

Every now and then, I must summon what feels like superhuman effort to stop and ask myself: "With all this doing, doing, doing, where am I?"

We are the center of everything: our ideas come from our dreams, our intuitions, and great actions arise when we have the energy to implement them. We must nurture ourselves and prioritize ourselves because we are our greatest resource.

A new energy. During a candle meditation, I saw the figure of a wanderer within the flame. In the following days, I sought him out through a shamanic journey. When I found him, my body became scorching hot, and my hands moved wildly on the drum. I felt a different, new energy, unlike anything I'd experienced before.

"But what do I do with a wanderer?" someone might say. "There's nothing concrete."

It's true: our depth isn't tangible, yet that's where everything comes from. And, when you have such an experience, something changes inside. You can't touch it, but you can feel it, and I guarantee, the effects will be very concrete. 😉

🌈 Creative Takeaway: We are the compass

Every time we don't know what to do, what to write, what job to choose, where to live, it's because we are no longer present.

That's why I wholeheartedly encourage you to find the time to work on yourself, even if it seems incredibly difficult, to meditate, to discover yourself, to grow and evolve. Because when we are present again, we know exactly where to go.
