Creative Bulletin n.305

Starting today, I’m going to start putting together a plan in my notebook. With a single goal: to succeed.

What does success mean to me? It does not simply mean launching a new e-learning platform, or another book, or ten more products. It means moving ever closer to the person I am meant to become; building and sustaining a condition that allows me to express myself and to help others do the same.

It means giving in to what I feel, being authentic, and therefore more uncomfortable and rough around the edges, exposing myself more, without filters, even at the risk of being attacked.
It means taking full responsibility for what I believe and for the way I choose to live it; it means risking looking foolish or crazy.
And it means being much more open, leaving my side exposed, willing to say stupid things, make mistakes, trip and fall.
It will not be easy, but if I do not do it, how could I ever ask others to do the same? 😅

On a practical level, several new things (and opportunities) are on the way, which I will tell you about over the next few days.

🌈 Creative takeaway: wanting abundance

Yesterday I sent out the royalty statements accrued in 2025 to authors and collaborators. The year was not particularly prosperous, and the amounts are low. Part of me breathed a sigh of relief: “At least there is not too much to pay out.”

I immediately felt ashamed. What kind of thought is that? If little is coming to them, it means the company has not thrived, and how on earth am I supposed to create a fertile condition for myself and for others without abundance?

I changed my thinking straight away: I want to give them a great deal. That is a rich thought, full of perspective, charged with energy meant to circulate. I want to be able to reward their efforts and celebrate together at the end of the year, so they can truly feel that yes, their creativity matters.
