Last week, Luca—one of the incredibly talented developers working with us (it’s thanks to them that our site runs so smoothly!)—surprised me by sending me his “technical bulletin.”

It’s a great pleasure for me to share it with all of you:

The Dark Side of the Creative Bulletin

Getting a voice message from Matteo is always an experience: keeping up with his creativity means being ready for the unexpected.

Today, for instance, he came up with a new way to improve conversion tracking for our e-commerce platform.

So far, so good. But then comes the plot twist:
"It would be cool to have a checkbox to configure it myself, maybe with a little giggle sound when I click it."

And the finale:
"Can you let me know if it’s doable by tomorrow?"

A perfect mix of imagination, ambition, and just the right touch of healthy madness.

🌈 Technical takeaway: take a deep breath

Being the tech team for a company that puts creativity at its core means learning to navigate a constant interplay between logic and inspiration—between what’s technically possible and what can make a product truly unique.

It means translating bold ideas into functional code, balancing ambition with tight deadlines, and learning to see even the quirkiest requests as opportunities to innovate.

After all, it’s in the contrasts where value is found: the discipline that embraces the dream, the technique that meets the vision.

And judging by these bulletins, it seems we’ve become a little more creative ourselves.
