Someone pointed out that they couldn’t see Matteo properly during the intùiti class (and in fact all he was missing was a hood to look like a terrorist 😅) so he equipped himself… and let there be light! He’s really proud of his new lamps.
🔥🔥🔥 Something life changing happened
Last week we worked tirelessly on a company profile and business plan to take with us on our February trip to San Francisco (we want to start sending it out already) and we got stuck on a sore point.
The problem. In order to grow as a company we have to sell more and, due to Facebook’s changes in the algorithm, we must strengthen the content creation side of the business, which is why we have already hired a dedicated team. This part was more or less “easy” but there is more: with the resources that we have, we can only grow so much and, even by keeping an extremely optimistic point of view, the numbers showed us that we weren’t going to go too far.
A possible solution. We thought about introducing a new business model like a subscription. The idea we found more apt was something like the Masterclass platform, but focused only on creativity, where we could add tons of advanced courses on various topics. But… as we looked at each other we said: «Do we really want to do something like that?» (the risk of taking up an investment and then having to do it for real sent a hideous shiver down our spine 😅)
The right solution. That’s when we remembered something super trivial. We do what we do because we like to design and create products! We only have 6 because we dedicate a lot of time to the development of the tools and it’s only two of us. But…what if we were to increase the number of products in our roster? The numbers on the business plan went through the roof (way more than we could’ve thought 😂)
👉 Here’s the right solution for us: create a product developer team that can help us design way more ideas than what we managed to develop so far. It will serve us and the business!
