Creative Bulletin n.260

The development of Fabula for Non-fiction is moving forward! Soon, we’ll have a rock-solid tool for writing manuals, essays, and dissertations 💪

Having a plan. Over the past few months, I’ve been trying to follow a clear plan—launching multiple products to bring stability to the company—while also establishing a sustainable work rhythm. I’m avoiding late-night work, resisting the urge to rush things, and keeping my stress levels in check 😅

And I have to say, it’s working. Piece by piece, everything is coming together: products are launching, problems are getting solved, and the workload remains manageable.

Really? A Plan? But then, all it takes is Sanremo to throw every ad campaign in Italy out the window 😂 Or a single incorrect invoice for the public administration to waste half a day for three team members (sounds like a joke, but unfortunately, it’s not). A simple miscommunication can delay a product’s printing by weeks.

We can make all the plans we want, but surprises are always lurking around the corner. What seems like a given today might not hold true tomorrow, and what we consider a strength could suddenly become a weakness.

🌈 Creative Takeaway: Always Be Ready to Jump

Luckily, reality surprises us—for better or worse. Just as unexpected setbacks happen, so do breakthroughs and lucky breaks—The Creative Ambush turning into a huge success, the discovery of a new advertising channel, or a playful idea that unexpectedly transforms our communication strategy.
The key is to stay open to these gifts, to chase them, and to ride the wave when they come.
So, we shouldn’t be too rigid about the plan we’re following—because maybe the real plan is something else entirely, and we just haven’t seen it yet 😉

With ❤️,
Matteo
