AD Machine, the framework for creating Facebook and Instagram ads, is ready. Over the next few days, I’ll be recording the video lessons and we’ll be launching it soon 🔥

The drafting of the new creativity manual is going well. I’ve finally found the direction I want to take, and with each passing day, it makes more and more sense.

🦊 A method for fixing something that doesn’t sit right. Whenever a text or product feels off, I pretend I’m in front of a class and start reading or explaining it aloud from the beginning. I pause where my voice lacks conviction, where I stumble because I’m not quite sure how to articulate a point, where doubts creep in—and usually, after two or three hours of this strange little lecture (😂), I manage to pinpoint all the critical areas that need work.

🌈 Creative takeaway: seeing reality leads to celebration

Last week, I talked about looking at reality with special attention to the parts that are hard to digest. But there’s also the flip side.

Every morning I wake up happy to write. I have the means to dedicate myself to new projects and launch them. I have brilliant collaborators and a supportive community. That’s a lot.

Sometimes it’s also hard to open up to the joy of what we already have.

And then, to smile.
