The lesson from the flight. As soon as we got in the car, Sole pooped. I quickly changed the pad in his carrier and, as soon as we got to the airport, he peed. Oh boy 😅

Can I be honest? I thought it would be worse. It took me two minutes to change the first one and another two for the second, using one of the baby changing tables at the airport.

It was so “easy” that it made me feel really free. I thought: “Why not, little one—we can do whatever we want, go wherever we want.”

🌈 Creative takeaway: fewer thoughts, more reality

You have no idea how much I worried he’d need to go during the trip, or that he’d get super stressed, etc. 😭 I imagined all sorts of drama. But the moment it happened, I didn’t even have time to stress—I just handled it in a flash.

It’s truly worth setting aside your thoughts and just letting things happen: you save a ton of energy.
