Creative Bulletin n.318

Yesterday I started shooting the stop-motion for How to Lead a Creative Life. I hope I’ll be able to share the final result with you in a couple of weeks ❤️
Creativity is bursting right now. I have so many things to do I barely know where to start: yesterday morning I worked on the video, then Lino and I created the new ads for Fabula, and in the meantime we kept refining AdMachine.
And then there’s the launch, developing new tools, the e-learning platform… I often get so excited that I can’t stop thinking about it.
At one point I felt so wound up that I worried it might all be too much, like I was on the verge of getting anxious. But just before heading out for a run, I realized my day had actually been full in the best possible way.
🌈 Creative takeaway: having a lot to do is a good sign
We often tell ourselves, “Don’t overdo it,” “Don’t think about it too much, switch off,” “Relax, take a break.”
Sure: if you’re not enjoying it 😅
From a creative perspective, the hardest times are when we have no ideas and nothing to work on. So maybe it’s time to start seeing those intense, busy periods—when we’re fully immersed and really challenging ourselves—as a real blessing.
Let’s try shifting our perspective 😘
With love,
Matteo
