Creative Bulletin n.240

First drafts of the graphics for our new branding tool. They’re pretty awful, but hey, you’ve got to start somewhere 😂

As I write in The Creative Ambush, much of the creative process involves having faith that, at some point, through trial and error, the solution will come that makes us say, “Wow!” (and trying not to get too discouraged in the meantime!)

New product launch pipeline. This year, I’ve decided to focus mainly on creating new tools. Not only that: I want to take advantage of this full immersion to turn the very creative processes I’ll use for developing and launching projects into tools themselves.

So get ready, because in 2025, we’ll be launching products for:

  • Corporate Branding
  • Personal Branding
  • Rapid learning of English and Spanish
  • Conducting strategic workshops with your team
  • Naming products/services
  • Generating creative advertising concepts
  • (And I have a feeling that, along the way, something else might pop up – maybe a new handbook 😅)

Understanding what really matters. Last year, I almost entirely dismantled the Sefirot team (unfortunately, I hadn’t built it well – my bad). I kept a few key roles necessary for the core operations – customer care, logistics, marketing – but beyond that, it’s just me now.

Since there are still only 24 hours in a day (surprising, right? 😅), I had to limit my energy expenditure to the most important tasks. It’s a bit like rock climbing with an injured hand: you need to pay absolute attention to every move.

It’s a drastic strategy, but I highly recommend it: over these months, I’ve gained a complete understanding of which tasks are truly essential, which can’t be delegated, and which can be outsourced to get real support.

🌈 Creative takeaway: We choose the dimension we live in

There’s one dimension where I feel weighed down by work and the endless to-do list, and then there’s another where those same tasks become challenges, and tackling them is an exciting adventure.
Last night, I could have stayed home and rested, but instead, I went for a run along the river. I chose the dimension where I attack life head-on, and when I got back home, I felt energized, and everything seemed easy.
Which dimension do you want to live in today?

With ❤️,
Matteo
