It happened: I’ve started a video series about creativity on the Sefirot YouTube channel. I’ve already uploaded two videos and I’m going to do my best to stay consistent 🔥

It takes a lot of energy. I wish I could tell you it doesn’t, but that wouldn’t be true 😅 I’ve been meaning to record videos for months, and it took me ages: building the set, sanding down the sticky table (haha), setting up the lights, learning how to use the camera, the mics, and so on.
Doing the things we care about—whether it's writing, painting, or chasing a project—requires investment.
And yet, now when I sit in front of the camera, it just flows naturally, I power through like a train, and afterward... I feel recharged.
It actually takes even more energy not to do the things we want. The paradox is that, to avoid putting energy into what we love, we often waste it on things that don’t really matter to us: going to a dinner we don’t enjoy, watching a movie just to kill time, packing our weekend with obligations. And in the end, we feel drained.
🌈 Creative takeaway: it’s worth having the courage to truly open up.
You’ll use your energy either way—whether it’s to do what you love or to avoid doing it. Haha. It has to go somewhere. So you might as well bet on yourself, on what makes your heart race, on your dreams and passions.
Start writing your novel tonight, build the set to make your music, pick the paintbrush back up, dive into the idea you’ve been toying with for months or years, the project that’s always felt just out of reach.
It’ll always be a worthwhile investment.
