Creative Bulletin n.346

Creative Bulletin n.346

Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit lost and unmotivated. The things we launch aren’t really taking off, the new strategies we try don’t seem to make much difference, money is tight, people are out protesting in the streets, and businesses are struggling (and the media, constantly feeding on fear and anxiety, certainly aren’t helping).

The consequence. We start losing our motivation. We wonder if what we’ve created, whether it’s a product, a piece of art, or a service, just isn’t that good. And then we start questioning ourselves. Maybe we’re not good enough. Maybe we never were. Or worse, we start thinking about giving up altogether, convincing ourselves that there’s no point in trying anymore, and that even the things we used to love have somehow lost their meaning.

And the truth is, things really are a mess. Social media is frying our brains, the economy is all over the place, and we’re more exhausted and distracted than ever, losing touch with the things that actually make us feel alive.

🌈 Takeaway: Let's move into a different reality

There’s another reality out there. One where there’s still room for new books, where readers are waiting to fall in love with a new story, where people are excited to visit an exhibition, join an intùiti session, or sit in a cinema and watch a film that really makes them think.
We can let a reality we don’t like drag us down. Or we can say screw it and keep getting up in the morning to write, make art, work on ourselves, and build the projects we believe in.
We can be stubborn enough to keep going and help make that other reality possible ❤️

With love,
Matteo
