Creative Bulletin n.293

Yesterday I picked up my awl again, prepared the canvas and cardstock, and put together the cover you see in the image above. Next month, A armadilha criativa will be released with the publisher Grupo Infinito Particular 🔥

Heading into a new era. The one that’s almost behind us has been the toughest year so far. Our main channels (Facebook/Instagram) seem to have gone haywire, the market is slowing down, prices are rising across the board, not to mention the tariffs... The old paradigms are falling apart.

There are friends and fellow entrepreneurs who refuse to admit it and are doing everything they can to keep going as if nothing’s changed. I try to see things for what they are: it gives me anxiety 😅 but I believe it’s the only way to truly respond.

What we’re doing. I absolutely love this adventure with Sefirot and I’ll do everything I can to protect it. Lino, our marketing manager, and I have been getting creative:

• We’ve built an optimized workflow for ads (we still need them, but they shouldn’t take up so much of our time).
• We’re setting up a phone sales team (something I never imagined doing—and yet it works, and our customers really appreciate the human connection).
• I’m organizing more courses (like this one). Maybe they won’t be revolutionary, but better to add than to take away.

🌈 Creative takeaway: stop complaining and do what needs to be done

There are things we can’t change, so we might as well roll up our sleeves and work on the ones we can, right? 😅 When I stop obsessing over what I lack, I can see what’s on the way: we’ve welcomed two fantastic new people to the team, we’re opening up to new opportunities, and our developers are building the e-learning platform.

So really, it’s thanks to the tough terrain that we’re getting ready to grow.
