Creative Bulletin n.341
Last night I went on a shamanic drum journey, and I think it’s the thing that has helped me most to see what I’ve been struggling with over the past few years.
I’ve written about this several times in my books, but I think it’s worth repeating again and again:
I have many tools that support me in my work, but what has always made the real difference are the “irrational” practices: intùiti, inner work, encounters with extraordinary teachers, shamanic journeys. Every major turning point in my life has come from there.
And I know that we also create method-based tools (Fabula, BAD, etc.), and they’re valuable and necessary, like professional knives for a chef, or high-quality pans.
But the other tools, the inexplicable ones, are what give you an appetite.
I really want to emphasize this point because you can have all the methods in the world, but without the fire, you’re not going anywhere.
I don’t usually promote our products in the newsletter, but this time I wouldn’t feel like I was doing my job properly if I kept quiet.

I know this is a tough, unsettling time, when it’s tempting to numb ourselves.
Well, let’s try to wake ourselves up instead ❤️
